WARSAW FROM UP AND DOWN

A last minute decision and I ended up on a plane to Warsaw. It was the first time I travelled to this part of Europe and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Warsaw is a very cool and relaxed city. It's a lot more quiet than other capitals around Europe, but there are definitely a lot of things to do. The city's architecture is a mixture of styles reflecting the turbulent history of it . Also known as "pheonix city", it was rebuilt after the WWII, when it was almost completely destroyed. Today it has a very modern vibe, with a lot of cool cafes, bars and restaurants.

The photos are taken on one of the main streets - Nowy Swiat, in the Old Town and from the Museum of Technology's 30th Floor terrace.
