When you find yourself surrounded by fashion everyday, you automatically become aware of all the trends and must haves of the season. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but you can easily get lost and end up buying something you would wear once, twice or maybe not at all.
What's important is to choose a couple of trends that relate to you, and stick to them for six months. If last season I was pretty much obsessed with everything black and goth, now I'm in love with the 90s. Crop tops, jeans, neon bags, round sunnies and, of course ugly shoes.
Basically I found myself wearing yellow, a color I disliked before, an edgy trench coat, which looks more or less like a doctor's smock and lots of neon. Not to mention, denim become part of my daily wardrobe and vocabulary.
